Returns Policy For Online Purchases.

You may return any new, unworn & unused items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. You must notify us of your intent to do so within 14 days. The item must have it's original packaging with all tags still attached. The item(s) must not show any signs of use or wear. Photographs are taken of all items that are dispatched and any item that is returned will be thoroguhly inspected. The item(s) to be returned must not have any odour, marks, or sign or damage.


Return postage is at the expense of the buyer unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item etc). We strongly recomment that you use a tracked and insured service. We cannot be held responsible for any missing packages. Outbound postage will not be refunded. If your outbound postage was free, then the cost of this postage will be deducted from your return. 


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of your return date, although, in most cases you will recieves this much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your retun from the delivery company (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). 


If you need to return an item either message us of your intent to do so or login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Items(s) . We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item(s).
